The Ringing World Ltd is both a Limited Company and a Registered Charity. The Board of Directors of the company also act as the Trustees of the charity and the charity's membership is made up of those members of the Central Council of Church Bell Ringers who consent to being members of The Ringing World. The Annual General Meeting of The Ringing World Ltd is held on the same day as the Annual Central Council meeting: since 2018 on the first weekend in September, and previously usually on the Spring Bank Holiday Monday at the end of May. Copies of the reports, accounts and other documentation presented to members at the meeting can be viewed below.
